The Seasonal Sales Program is designed to allow you to sell a prepackaged selection of popular chocolates ranging price and size. It is a classic fundraising sales program: Explain the program to your organization, send the, local sales team into the community, show the color sales literature, have your sales teams take orders, place your combined order with Lang’s Chocolates, take delivery of the ordered chocolates at a central location, your sales teams deliver each order.

The optional on-line order entry system also provides safety and security for both your sales teams and for the supporter. No need for your children to be handling cash and checks. Let the power of on-line commerce help support your fundraising efforts.

Available merchandising programs within the Seasonal Sale Program

Small Pack Boxed and Assorted Chocolates –

Smaller sized boxes of chocolates. Products include, truffles, caramels, caramel pretzels, almond stuffed dates, hot cocoa, turtles, and more. Prices average around $12 per item. Similar in product selection just with smaller sizes than the larger boxed program. Earn a 30% commission based on MSRP, prior to freight costs.

Large Boxed and Assorted Chocolates –

Larger sized boxes of chocolates aim at a higher per box price (about 50 percent higher) than in the smaller pack program. Products include, truffles, caramels, caramel pretzels, almond stuffed dates, hot cocoa, turtles, and more. Earn a 30% commission based on MSRP, prior to freight costs.

Bagged chocolate covered fruits and Nuts –

All are packaged in 6.5 ounce bags of chocolates covered fruits and nuts.. Includes raisings, peanuts, almonds, cashews, malted milk balls, bridge mix, coffee beans, peanut brittle., and the popular cashew brittle. Earn a 50% commission based on MSRP, prior to freight costs.

Each of the Seasonal programs also comes with an e-commerce merchandizing site that has been customized for your organization.

On-line Customized Order Entry Page –

As part of the service your organization gets with the Seasonal Sales Program, Lang’s Chocolates will create a custom web page for your organization on our site. You just direct your customers to purchase using the customized URL and have their purchases shipped direct to their homes. Are products are offered in retail packaging. This is a great option for making sales to relatives and friends outside of the local area, who want to support your organization.

Our automated e-commerce systems do all the work; taking the order, getting the shipping address, collecting payment via credit card, and then shipping the order direct to buyers home. This option expands the geographic reach of your community of supporters.

It also eliminates the need for your sales teams to have to handle money a deal with the accounting and ordering.

Each buyer will purchase using an easy to use web page and shopping cart system. They will need a credit card and will be billed by Lang’s Chocolates for the purchase of the product and the shipping costs. The organization will be credited for the sale and paid a commission as per the plan.
