Keto Friendly Chocolate Frosted Donut Recipe made with allulose. Almond Flour, eggs, vanilla and almond Milk.
Ingredients For Donuts:
2 Cups of Almond Flour
1/3 cup of Keystone Pantry Allulose
2 tsp of Baking Soda
1/3 cup unsalted Melted Butter
1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
3 Large Eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease your donut pan
In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, allulose, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in the melted butter, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
spoon or pipe the batter into the donut pan, filling each well 3/4 full
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the donuts are golden and a toothpick comes out clean. let them cool in a pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the chocolate butter cram frosting mix and water until smooth.
once the donuts are cool, spread or pipe the frosting onto each donut.
