Sweet and Spicy Pineapple Shrimp without all the guilty. The quick to make sauce is made with a low calorie natural rare sugar sweetener called Allulose. Having a low glycemic index and zero net carbs, it makes this dish a whole lot healthier. Even better, dinner can be on the table in less than 30 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce (more if you like it really spicy)
In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, pineapple juice, Allulose, ground ginger, kosher salt, black pepper and cornstarch. Set aside.
In a large skillet over medium high heat, add the sesame seed oil. When hot, add the shrimp and sauté until the shrimp are pink and no longer opaque.
Add in the pineapple and the sweet and spicy Allulose mixture. Cook until heated through and the liquid thickens. Once thickened, stir in the cut green onions. Serve over cauliflower rice or regular white rice.
