🎅 Keto Candy Cane Popsicles – Cool, Minty, and Sugar-Free

Nothing says the holidays like the classic taste of candy canes! These popsicles bring that nostalgic peppermint sweetness without the sugar crash. Creamy, minty, and keto-friendly, they’re the perfect winter treat that feels indulgent yet guilt-free.


🍭 Ingredients (makes 6 popsicles)

  • 1 cup heavy cream – for richness and creaminess

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk – keeps it light and low-carb

  • 1/3 cup Keystone Pantry Allulose – sugar-free sweetness without aftertaste

  • 1 tsp peppermint extract – gives that candy cane flavor

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract – balances the mint with warmth

  • Optional: a few drops of red natural food coloring or beet powder (for a swirl effect)


🧊 Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, almond milk, allulose, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  2. If making a swirl effect:

    • Divide the mixture in half.

    • Add natural red coloring to one half.

  3. Pour the mixtures into popsicle molds, alternating plain and red portions for a candy cane swirl.

  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.

  5. To release, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
