Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bake these instead of frying?

Yes. Bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden. Frying produces a crispier exterior, but baking keeps them lighter.

Do they taste sweet?

No. The small amount of allulose enhances browning and balances savory flavors without noticeable sweetness.

Can I freeze keto beignets?

Yes. Cool completely, freeze in an airtight container, and reheat in a 350°F oven for 8–10 minutes.

What pairs well with cheddar herb beignets?

They pair beautifully with soups, keto chili, brunch spreads, charcuterie boards, or dipped in garlic herb butter.
