- ½ teaspoon garlic powder

- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ¾ cup freshly shredded Gruyère cheese
- ½ cup cooked, crumbled bacon (about 6 slices)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Instructions
- Preheat oil to 350°F for frying OR oven to 375°F for baking.
- Whisk almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
- In another bowl whisk eggs, allulose, heavy cream, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until soft dough forms. Rest 3–5 minutes.
- Fold in Gruyère, bacon, and chives.
- Roll between parchment to ½-inch thickness.
- Cut into 2-inch squares.
- Fry 2–3 minutes per side until golden OR bake 12–15 minutes.
- Serve warm.
