Low-Carb Allulose Matcha Latte

A vibrant, creamy, and sugar-free Matcha Latte using Keystone Pantry Allulose for a perfectly balanced sweetness.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ tsp Ceremonial Grade Matcha powder
- 2 tbsp Keystone Pantry Allulose
- 2 oz Hot water (not boiling)
- 8 oz Unsweetened Almond or Macadamia milk
- Optional: A pinch of sea salt (to enhance the sweetness)
Instructions
- Sift the matcha powder into a bowl or wide mug to remove any clumps.
- Add the Keystone Pantry Allulose to the powder.
- Pour in the hot water (around 175°F) and whisk vigorously in a “W” motion using a bamboo whisk or a handheld frother until a thick froth forms.
- Heat your milk of choice in a small saucepan or steam it until hot but not boiling.
- Pour the frothed milk over the matcha base. Stir gently and enjoy.
