Keto Bourbon Balls – Grandma’s Classic, Keto-Fied
These bourbon balls bring the best of holiday nostalgia with a modern keto twist. Passed down from my grandma, who always made these for Christmas, the original recipe was rich, boozy, and indulgent—but packed with sugar. We’ve updated it for the keto lifestyle using Keystone Pantry Allulose, almond flour, and sugar-free chocolate, so you can enjoy the same melt-in-your-mouth tradition without the sugar crash.
Ingredients
2 cups fine almond flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup Keystone Pantry Allulose
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup bourbon
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 oz sugar-free chocolate chips (Keystone Pantry preferred)
1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, pecans, allulose, cocoa powder, and salt.
Add bourbon, heavy cream, and vanilla. Stir until a soft dough forms. If too dry, add 1-2 tsp bourbon. If too wet, add 1-2 tbsp almond flour.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes so they firm.
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth. Dip each bourbon ball and return to the tray.
Refrigerate 10 minutes to set the coating.

FAQ
Can I make these alcohol-free?
Yes — replace bourbon with strong coffee or sugar-free vanilla syrup.
Can I freeze keto bourbon balls?
Absolutely. They freeze perfectly for 2–3 months.
Can I use another nut besides pecans?
Walnuts or almonds work, but pecans give the best texture.
Do these taste like traditional bourbon balls?
Yes — the combination of allulose + cocoa + bourbon gives a classic flavor while keeping carbs ultra low.
