1 ¼ cups almond flour
¼ cup flaxseed meal
1 tbsp psyllium husk powder
½ cup Keystone Pantry Allulose
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup Keystone Pantry Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
Cream butter & sweetener: In another bowl, beat softened butter and Keystone Pantry Allulose until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
Combine: Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Fold in the keto chocolate chips.
Shape & Bake: Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto the baking sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
Cool & Enjoy: Let cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a rack.
