Keto Coconut Balls (Sugar-Free & Low-Carb)

  1. Mix the Ingredients
    In a bowl, combine shredded coconut, Keystone Pantry Allulose, melted coconut oil, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir well until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together.

  2. Shape the Balls
    Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls. Place them on a parchment-lined tray.

  3. Chill the Balls
    Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.

  4. Optional: Chocolate Coating

    • Melt the keto-friendly chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 15 seconds.

    • Dip each coconut ball into the melted chocolate or drizzle on top.

  5. Final Chill
    Return the coconut balls to the fridge for another 15-20 minutes until the chocolate sets.

  6. Enjoy!
    Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
