Keto OMG Bars with Allulose
These decadent Keto OMG Bars are made with Keystone Pantry Allulose, almond-coconut crust, gooey caramel, and nut-chocolate topping. Perfect for keto and low-carb diets.
Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 large egg, beaten
2 tbsp butter, melted
10 tbsp butter (for caramel)
1/2 cup Keystone Pantry Allulose
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
Mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Add beaten egg and melted butter until a soft dough forms.
Divide dough into 24 balls. Press each into a muffin liner to form a flat base. Bake for 20 minutes, then cool slightly.
In a saucepan, melt 10 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup allulose, stirring constantly for 4–6 minutes until caramelized. Remove from heat, stir in heavy cream, vanilla, and sea salt until smooth.
Spoon ~1 tsp of caramel onto each crust.
Mix shredded coconut, chopped pecans, and chocolate chips. Press ~2 tbsp on top of each bar.
Bake an additional 5–7 minutes until toppings are golden. Let cool completely before removing from the tin.

FAQ
Can I use erythritol instead of allulose?
Yes, but erythritol doesn’t caramelize as smoothly and can recrystallize, making the sauce grainy. Allulose is superior for caramel-like textures.
Can I make these nut-free?
You can substitute sunflower seed flour for almond flour and omit pecans. The bars will still be delicious!
Are these bars suitable for diabetics?
Yes! Keystone Pantry Allulose does not spike blood sugar, making these bars safe for keto and diabetic diets.
Can I double the batch?
Absolutely. Just bake in batches and ensure even spacing in the muffin tin.
Can I add flavors?
Vanilla, cinnamon, or a hint of espresso powder can enhance the caramel and chocolate layers.
