Keto S’mores with Trendz Chocolate & Homemade Marshmallows

Nothing says cozy like a s’more—but the traditional version is packed with sugar and carbs. Here, we’re recreating the campfire classic with low-carb, keto-friendly ingredients while keeping all the nostalgic flavor.

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Keto Graham Crackers

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

  3. Add melted butter, Keto Honey Syrup, and vanilla. Mix until a dough forms.

  4. Roll dough between parchment sheets to ¼-inch thickness.

  5. Cut into squares or rectangles with a knife or cookie cutter.

  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and firm to touch. Let cool completely.


Step 2: Make the Keto Marshmallows

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over water and let bloom for 5 minutes.

  2. Heat Keto Honey Syrup in a small saucepan until warm, then add bloomed gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved.

  3. Whip the mixture with a hand mixer on high speed for 5–7 minutes until fluffy and glossy. Add vanilla near the end.

  4. Optional: Fold in melted Trendz chocolate gently for chocolate marshmallows.

  5. Pour into a parchment-lined pan, spread evenly, and let set for 2–3 hours. Cut into squares.


Step 3: Assemble Keto S’mores

  1. Place a square of Trendz Allulose Dark Chocolate on a graham cracker.

  2. Add a keto marshmallow. Toast lightly with a kitchen torch or broil for 30–60 seconds.

  3. Top with another graham cracker. Press gently and enjoy immediately.
