Shipping
We ship our chocolates using USPS and FedEx. To ensure your products arrive in the best condition, we use frozen gel packs along with insulated bags or foam coolers, depending on the temperature. Most of the time, this keeps our chocolates in perfect condition.
However, in rare cases, chocolates may melt during transit. If this happens, please email us at info@langschocolates.com with a photo of the damaged items. We will promptly work with you to provide a refund or send a replacement.
Important Note: If your area is experiencing temperatures above 100°F, we recommend postponing your purchase. For temperatures in the low to mid-90s, you may still order, but we suggest contacting us at info@langschocolates.com for a shipping quote to ensure overnight delivery and the best possible condition.
Refunds
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once approved.
Food Products
Because our chocolates are perishable food products, they are not returnable unless unopened. If you have an unopened product you wish to return, please email info@langschocolates.com with details about your situation. We will work with you to create a positive solution.
