Shipping
We make use of USPS and FedEx for our shipping providers. We ship our chocolate products with frozen gel packs and insulated bags or foam coolers depending on the temperatures. Most of the time this means our products arrive in great shape. In a small number of situations they do end up melting. If your chocolates do melt we ask you to email us at info@langschocolates.com and attach a picture of the damaged chocolates. We will then work with you to refund or ship a replacement.
Please be aware if your area has temperatures above 100 degrees, we do not recommend that you make a purchase. Instead, we suggest you wait until the temperature has dropped to low to mid 90’s. Or you contact us at info@langschocolates.com and we will quote overnight shipping.
Refunds
We issue refunds back to the original payment method once we have approved it.
Food Products
Our chocolates are considered food products thus are not returnable unless they are in an unopened state. If you wish to return an unopened product email us at info@langschcolates.com.
