Swap your sugary soda for this fizzy, keto-friendly, allulose-sweetened Sparkling Electrolyte Refresher. Naturally hydrating, packed with electrolytes, and bursting with flavor—perfect for a quick pick-me-up without the sugar crash.

Ingredients (1 serving / 12 oz)

  • 10 oz sparkling water (chilled)
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp potassium citrate (or ¼ tsp lite salt)
  • ¼ tsp magnesium citrate powder
  • ½ tsp sodium chloride (or pinch of Himalayan salt)
  • 1–2 tsp Keystone Pantry Allulose
  • Optional: few drops of liquid stevia or flavored extracts (vanilla, berry, lime)

Instructions

  1. In a tall glass, combine lemon juice, electrolytes, and sweetener. Stir until fully dissolved.
