  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the homemade keto ketchup, Keystone Pantry Allulose, and Sriracha. Whisk until the allulose is mostly dissolved and the mixture is uniform.
  2. Add the avocado oil mayo to the bowl. Fold the ingredients together gently but thoroughly with a spatula or whisk until the sauce is creamy and a consistent peach color.
  3. If you want extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper and fold again.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to “bloom” and the allulose to fully dissolve, providing that perfect smooth consistency and signature sheen.
