Chocolate Cannoli Cream Dessert Cups on Game Day

Our take on a classic Italian favorite — creamy cannoli filling piped into Lang’s milk chocolate dessert cups for game day, gatherings, or any sweet craving. This is the best dessert you’ve eaten since your Nonno’s cannoli.


Get Lang’s Milk Chocolate Dessert Cups

Ingredients

  • 15 oz whole milk ricotta, well drained
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese, room temperature
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
  • Lang’s milk chocolate dessert cups
  • Crushed cannoli shell or waffle cone pieces (for garnish)
  • Extra mini chocolate chips (for garnish)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Drain the ricotta well using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a large bowl, beat drained ricotta and mascarpone until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon (if using). Beat until light and fluffy.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips by hand.
  5. Transfer the filling to a piping bag and pipe into each Lang’s milk chocolate dessert cup.
  6. Garnish with crushed cannoli shell or waffle cone pieces, extra mini chocolate chips, and a light dusting of powdered sugar.
  7. Serve chilled or slightly cool. Enjoy!

Notes

For best results, chill the filling before piping. This helps it hold shape in the thin chocolate cups.
