Homemade Keto Ketchup

Ingredients:

  • 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste (no sugar added)

  • ½ cup water (adjust for desired consistency)

  • 3 tbsp Keystone Pantry Brown Sugar Substitute (Allulose)

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon (optional, for depth of flavor)

  • 1-2 pinches cayenne pepper (optional, for a spicy kick)

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, whisk together the tomato paste and water until smooth.

  2. Add Keystone Pantry Brown Sugar Substitute, apple cider vinegar, and all the spices. Stir well.

  3. Simmer on low heat for about 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the flavors meld and the ketchup thickens.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed (add more vinegar for tang, more brown sugar substitute for sweetness, or more cayenne for heat).

  5. Let cool completely, then transfer to an airtight container or bottle.

  6. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

This keto ketchup is perfect for burgers, hot dogs, BBQ sauces, or even dipping!
