Mint Chocolate Irish Cream Dessert Shots

A decadent, creamy, and festive treat for St. Patrick’s Day!

Ingredients (Makes 16 Shots)

  • 8 oz Irish cream liqueur (e.g., Baileys)
  • 4 oz crème de menthe (green for color and minty flavor)
  • 4 oz heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Chocolate shavings or green sprinkles (for garnish)
  • Lang’s Chocolates Shot glasses

Instructions

  1. Mix the Drink

    • In a cocktail shaker or mixing bowl, combine Irish cream, crème de menthe, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
    • Shake or stir well until smooth.
  2. Fill the Chocolate Shot Glasses

    • Carefully pour the mixture into each Lang’s Chocolate Shot Glass, filling almost to the top.
  3. Garnish & Serve

    • Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
    • Sprinkle with chocolate shavings or festive green sprinkles.
    • Serve immediately and enjoy!

  • For a non-alcoholic version, substitute Irish cream with chocolate milk and crème de menthe with a drop of peppermint extract.
