Allulose is the only no-calorie sweetener I can stand, but it's hard to find things made with it. (Perhaps mainly because it's expensive.) There's another brand that makes chocolate chips with allulose, but I found them way too bitter and tossed the package. I decided to give these a try and I'm so glad I did. They taste like a very dark chocolate--not super sweet--but they aren't unpleasantly bitter like that other brand. Really happy with my purchase. Can't wait to try the other allulose-sweetened products I received. I've got some ice cream mix in my freezer right now.

The chips are definitely good, I ordered mainly because of being made with allulose. Would like it be a richer chocolate though.
