While I am allergic to chocolate I bought the truffles sweetened with allulose as a gift. Everyone is raving about how yummy they are and want the link to place their own order. I am waiting for a carob truffle made with allulose. I hope that is an option one day.

These chocolates are the best I've found in the sugar-free category. They are made with Allulose instead of sugar and they taste better than chocolates made with many other sugar substitutes. I found Lang's Chocolates while searching relentlessly for allulose sweetener ... I ordered the liquid and granulated allulose, and decided what the heck I'll try the allulose sweetened truffles too. I bought a sample 4 piece sugar sweetened box of dark chocolate truffles to compare them. WOW I can NOT tell the difference, both are wonderful rich, smooth, intense mildly sweet dark chocolate.

Good - didn't note any difference from traditional sugar. Not what I would consider low calorie as the calories add up fast so beware and it would be easy to eat quite a few at one time as they are very good. Wish they were available in a smaller box. Hopefully they can expand offering to cream filled, chocolate covered cherries and caramels. Don't expect the quality to be the same as regular sugar Godiva's or Ethel M but good enough to keep you from eating regular sugar containing chocolates and still have an enjoyable chocolate experience.

I bought the reduced sugar truffles on Groupon to see what Allulose tasted like in a dark chocolate truffle. I couldn't even tell that it was not regular sugar! It is a very intense, rich, dark chocolate truffle. Great with both coffee and a good red wine. I tried both ways. The pieces are cut in an inconsistent square shape and then dipped in dark chocolate. It doesn't really matter to me as long as I am receiving the ounces as stated on the box.
